If the walls were covered with a latex waterproofing the tile will be much easier to remove and should pop. Masonry chisel and a 2 lb. Step 1 chiseling up tiles first things first you need to work the chisel that connects the tiles and concrete. Once those tiles loosen pry them off.

Work the chisel between the tiles and the concrete hammering them up with a 2 lb. Tiles installed with thinset or another tile adhesive often require more work to remove them. Continue chipping until you have removed the trim pieces and have exposed the top edge of the flat tile. Before you remove the mesh and mortar of a mud wall you must first deal with the tile.

Removing tile from concrete will require you to use your strength to the fullest because you have to knock the tiles out instead of them coming out without any real force.
